was organized on May 25, 1988 to serve
financial institutions and businesses
primarily in the collection, foreclosure,
eviction, creditor bankruptcy and real
estate areas. The firm has developed a
recognized expertise for representation
under Articles 2 and 9 of the Uniform
Commercial Code. The firm is rated
"AV" by Martindale-Hubbell and was
named one of the ten best small law firms in
Utah by the Intermountain Commercial record.
