The Creditors Pool is comprised of a small sampling of the major companies that have attended the Credit & Collection News Conference in Palm Desert, California this year. These same companies also receive newsletters and emails from Credit and Collection News on a daily basis along with thousands of other major creditors in the marketplace. 

The purpose of showing you these companies, who are involved in our annual conferences and who subscribe to our daily newsletter and email programs, is twofold. Firstly, we wanted to show each and every retail collection attorney in the U.S. exactly why they need a membership in RCAN. Obviously, the answer is crystal clear, to make your law firm known to the major players in the creditors market who will be viewing the RCAN network very closely to find retail collection attorneys to forward claims to. Secondly, we have developed a Consumer Creditors Affiliate Network that gives great benefits to creditors who can join for free, which in turn will help to create relationships between our member attorneys and member creditors. In essence, we want to create a network where creditors and retail collection attorneys have a chance to call upon each other to establish steadfast relationships and long term commitment to one another.
